High-technology incubator managed by the Consorcio de la Zona Franca de Cádiz. Focuses exclusively on the blue economy — marine biotechnology, aquaculture, coastal energy, maritime logistics, and ocean sustainability. Co-financed at 80% by the FEDER European Regional Development Fund. Runs rolling open calls and offers 4+4 month incubation phases, with up to 5 years of consolidation space. Acceleration managed in partnership with Telefónica Open Future.
